Learning Outcome:

After completing this exercise, you shall be able to: • Install OceanWP theme, • Create categories in WordPress, • Create a post and assign a category to it, • Install a plugin.

Problem Statement

You are required to install OceanWP theme on a WordPress website. You may use the website you had created in Hands-on Exercise 01. After installation of the theme, create a post and assign a category to the post. Lastly, install the Analytify Plugin through WP dashboard.

• You can use the following websites for Free domain and hosting to complete this Hands-on Exercise.

• You can use Localhost or any online hosting service.

• You are required to submit MS word file (*.doc, *.docx) containing all the screenshots of the above-mentioned task as solution file.

How to take a Screenshot:

• Press “PrtScn” button on your keyboard. Open “Paint” on your system and paste the image there. Save the ‘Screenshot’ in your desired location.

• You can also Install a screenshot software, “Light Shot”. Press “PrtScn” button on your keyboard to take the screenshot.

NOTE: To create a WordPress site, simply select a domain name of your choice. After that, you need to install WordPress on localhost or any web host server. Once you are at the dashboard, start completing the tasks given in the Problem Statement.
